Types of Counselling
Below is a short summary of the types of counselling offered. If you have any questions, give me a shout!

Individual Counselling
Individual counselling provides a confidential space for you to explore your feelings, behaviours, and beliefs in a safe and supportive environment. This space can help you navigate, understand and work through personal issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, grief or relationship problems and help you develop new coping strategies and personal growth.

Couples / Relationship Counselling
Relationship counselling helps couples or individuals improve communication, resolve conflicts, and strengthen emotional bonds. It offers a safe, confidential space to explore issues, understand each other better, and develop healthier communication and problem-solving skills, supporting relationship growth or, if needed, a respectful separation.
Types of relationships I support with include romantic / intimate relationships, friendships & business / working relationships

Group Support Session
Group counselling provides a supportive and confidential environment where members can express their feelings, gain emotional support, and realise they are not alone in their struggles. Group counselling helps participants develop social skills, receive professional guidance, and learn new coping strategies by sharing experiences and feedback with peers.

Counsellors / Psychotherapists Peer Support Group
These groups are a space for counsellors / psychotherapists to come together to provide mutual support in a safe environment. These groups provide a space for understanding, enabling members to exchange coping strategies, encouragement, and practical advice.
