Fees & What To Expect

This free 20–30-minute video or phone call is an opportunity for us to explore what you’d like from counselling and to see if we feel comfortable working together. It’s a chance for you to ask any questions and for me to explain how I work.

I am committed to making counselling affordable and accessible, so I offer session fees on a sliding scale based on your individual circumstances. Please get in touch to discuss this openly and confidentially.

Once we decide to work together, we’ll schedule our first session, where we’ll take a deeper look at your experiences, understand how they affect your life, and clarify what you hope to achieve through therapy. This initial conversation allows us to tailor the counselling process specifically to your needs.

Counselling is a collaborative journey. While it may sometimes bring up challenging emotions, it is also a safe space for growth, insight, and positive change. In our sessions, you can expect a confidential, non-judgemental and supportive environment to explore your experiences.

Sessions can be arranged weekly or at a pace that feels right for you.

Sessions are held via Zoom or Google Meet, allowing you to attend from the comfort of your home or wherever you feel most comfortable.

If you don’t have a confidential space, or would prefer session in person, I have have a therapy room in Victoria, SW1.

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be charged in full.
